The Rogers building, built in 1886, is home to Gallery at Avalon Island, Theater at Avalon Island, Guinevere's Private ArtCafe, R3M1X3D, a marketing and design collective, and is operated by ArtistsRegistry.com, Inc.
Original heart of pine floors accent the 20 foot ceilings with large windows throughout. Original pressed tin, oxidized to a warm brown hue, adorns the ceiling in the private ArtCafe. The building has been fully restored and maintains its original elegance and charm. Built in an era that spoke of pride and grace, providing a sophisticated atmosphere.
The gallery, theater and private ArtCafe are available for private parties and corporate meetings. Artwork is usually on display. Partitions in the gallery can be moved or removed as needed to open up the room for tables or dancing.
