The Rogers building, located at Magnolia and Pine in the heart of the downtown historic district is the oldest commercial building in Orlando. The Rogers building is operated by Jeffrey Shonkwiler through Artists Registry.com, Inc. and is home to Gallery at Avalon Island, Orlando Film Festival, Amy Anthony Belly Dance & Yoga, and Artists Registry.com, Inc. the Rogers building has an 80 seat movie theatre which is perfect for corporate meetings and small film festivals.
